WE Pay

WE Pay is a digital wallet that enables you to control your financial transactions. You can transfer money, cash in & out, pay WE bills, utility bills (electricity, water, gas), send donations and other services easily and securely.


How to subscribe to WE Pay

  • Visit the nearest WE store with your valid national ID and SIM card registered under your name.
  • Fill in the subscription form and sign it.
  • Download and install WE Pay app from:
  • Open the app and choose Activate Account.
  • Fill in your data including (Full Name – National ID No – Active WE Mobile Number), and accept the terms and conditions.
  • An OTP SMS will be sent to your mobile phone to activate the App.
  • Create a new six-digit PIN number (do not use consecutive or repeated digits, such as 5555). This Pin will be used in all transactions performed via the App.
  • Load the wallet and enjoy WE Pay services.

  • Send or receive money to/from any other e-wallet inside Egypt
  • Landline bill
  • Internet bill
  • Mobile bill
  • Recharge mobile balance for yourself and others.
  • Purchase & Pay using WE Pay by scanning merchant QR code.
  • Link your Bank Misr cards to load your wallet directly.
  • Transfer money from your bank account to the wallet.
  1. How many numbers can I register in WE Pay Wallet?

    You can get 3 wallets for 3 different numbers for the same ID.

  2. What is the legal age to open/subscribe to WE Pay?

    You can open/subscribe to WE Pay upon reaching the age of 15 years.

  3. What is WE Pay customer service number?

    In case of any complaint or inquiry call 565 or 111.

  4. How can I change WE Pay wallet password / pin?
    • After opening the app, choose "Change Pin-M" from “settings”.
    • Enter the current PIN.
    • Enter the new pin number (twice for confirm).
  5. Where can I (Cash in / Cash Out) on WE Pay?

    You can Cash in & out through:

    • WE stores

  6. How can I deposit / cash in money in WE branches using the WE Pay wallet?
    • Visit the nearest WE branch.
    • Open your WE Pay wallet using your mobile number and password.
    • Select "Cash in Store/ Fawry".
    • Create a password on the wallet.
    • Provide the password to the service representative to complete the transaction.
    • After verifying the number in the service system, Give the service representative the amount to be deposited, then the amount will appear in the balance of your wallet.
  7. How can I deposit / cash in money in ATMs using the WE Pay wallet?
    • Visit to the nearest ATM.
    • Open WE Pay app using mobile number and password.
    • Choose “cash in/out ATM”.
    • Press” Get OTP”
    • Enter the amount.
    • On ATM, choose “services without a card” and choose “Cash in”.
    • Enter the wallet number (mobile phone)
    • Enter the received OTP from We Pay app.
    • Enter the password.

  8. How can I withdraw/ cash out money in WE branches using the WE Pay wallet?
    • Visit the nearest WE branch.
    • Enter the wallet number (mobile phone).
    • Choose “cash out-store” on WE Pay
    • Enter the employee code, then press “continue”.
    • Enter The amount value from (1,00 to 60,000 EGP)
    • Re-enter the password.
    • Inform the employee of the reference number that will appear to you in the receipt.
    • After confirming the reference number on the service system, the employee delivers you the amount, and the value is deducted on the customer’s wallet.
    • Receive a receipt for the transaction success.
  9. How can I withdraw/ cash out money in ATMs using the WE Pay wallet?
    • Visit to the nearest ATM.
    • Open WE Pay app using mobile number and password.
    • Choose “cash in/out ATM”.
    • Press” Get OTP”
    • Enter the amount
    • On ATM, choose “services without a card” and choose “cash out”.
    • Enter the wallet number (mobile phone).
    • Enter the received OTP from WE Pay app
    • Enter the password.
    • Enter the amount on ATM.
    • Receive the amount from the ATM, and the amount is deducted from the wallet balance.
  10. Can I transfer Money to other wallets outside Egypt via WE Pay?

    You can send or receive money to/from any other e-wallet inside Egypt only.

  11. How can I transfer money through the WE Pay wallet?
    • Open your WE Pay wallet using your mobile number and password.
    • Select "Money Transfer" service from the home page.
    • Enter the Receiver’s number and the amount to be sent, then press Continue.
    • Review the transfer process, then click Confirm.
    • Enter the password.
    • Click on Accept or Decline to send a text message to the addressee.
    • In case that the Receiver’s number and password are correct, and the wallet balance is sufficient for the transfer, the process will be completed successfully.

  13. What is the maximum limit of the wallet balance?

    Maximum balance of the wallet balance 200,000 LE.

  14. What is the maximum limit of transactions on WE Pay Wallet?
    • Maximum limit of daily transactions is 60,000 LE.
    • Maximum limit of monthly transactions is 200,000 LE.

General Terms and conditions

  • You must have a valid national ID and a WE mobile line registered under your name.
  • Maximum number for each national ID is 3 wallets on 3 mobile lines.
  • Maximum limit for the wallet balance: 200,000 LE.
  • Maximum limit for daily transactions: 60,000 LE.
  • Maximum limit for monthly transactions: 200,000 LE.
  • In case the line is lost or stolen, you can suspend the service by calling 565 or visiting any of WE stores.
